Since birth we've been conditioned to believe that we are a person and we have certain goals and ambitions that we need to achieve etc etc. And in this endless treadmill of life we run, we walk, we laugh, we cry. And we miss enjoying the present moment - either dreaming of the yesterday or imagining about tomorrow.
