Self-Actualization is on the top most layer of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
Interestingly, "You" are always there. To understand - do this exercise as you read this post.
Snap your finger -
In that instant - Who are you? You need to go back to memory to even say your name. Snap again. Who are you? Silence. You are everything and nothing.
If you are angry, or upset, or crying - Snap your finger. How do you feel?
To even go back to being angry - you need to go back to your memory.
The real you is always here, always content. Do not try to analyse. Just Snap/Reset!
